At Prolon Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
